ABOUT ME

Author of The 15 Step Playbook to Pain Relief, and creator of the First Aid to Pain Relief online program, in 2011 I became the first Posturologist in Canada, specializing in assessing posture and leg length difference, to help determine the root cause of stress, tension and pain. With over two decades of professional training and experience in massage, fitness, nutrition and personal development, I have helped relieve the stress, tension and pain of thousands of patients in Canada and the U.K. 

In my youth, I suffered with great anxiety and allergies like severe hay fever, asthma and eczema, and whilst playing competitive basketball I experienced a variety of pain and injuries from patella tendinitis, ankle sprains, hip pain, neck strains and several of episodes low back pain, one of which led to a temporary paralysis of my lower body. I know what physical and mental pain can do to you. It takes your energy and focus, stops you from doing what you love and ultimately can affect those around you.

As I reached my later teen years and having endured several years of pain and disease myself, I became very conscious of how many of my family members would often complain about pain or illness of various kinds. I felt driven to discover natural and alternative solutions to pain and disease. I am dedicated to studying and learning how movement, food, psychology and massage can transform stress, tension and pain into health, happiness and vitality. Having traveled across the UK, Canada and USA to receive training from the elite in their fields, I have had the good fortune of studying with Paul Chek, Paul St. John, Dr. John Demartini, JP Sears, Sally Fallon, William Wolcott and Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

In 2005, we emigrated from the UK to Canada. I had to restart my business from nothing, and with no family or friends here, I had to channel all my focus and energy to get established. Now, as a healthy dad of four boys, a business owner and volunteer basketball coach, I know how precious time can be for you. My goal is to move you from PAIN to POSSIBILITY in as little time as possible so you can go back to doing what you love and being the best version of yourself. ​
